StoryFeedback.com was set up by Sean Jeffery, the editor and publisher of Dark Tales, a magazine of horror and speculative fiction. Dark Tales provides a platform for new writers and has now reached its 14th printed volume.
He felt it was about time he expanded his horizons into all types of short story, providing another showcase for novice writers, as well as the opportunity for payment for the hard work that they clearly put into their labours of love.
